I’ve learned so much from mothering my children. It’s tested my strength and brought my weaknesses to light and forever changed me from the inside out. It's been such a life changing role, that motherhood is one of the recurring themes in my books.
HUGE NEWS!
It was an incredible week for my books. If you've been following my story, you know I set the intention for this year to be my breakthrough year and I have been working hard to make it happen. Last week was a quantum leap forward in this goal. First, Barnes and Noble notified me "Better than Before" was #7 in their entire store last week. (Out of 3.6 million books, it is a huge step closer to mainstream success!) Then a few days later, Barnes and Noble selected the book as one of the 5 Favorite Indie E-Books of the Week. The same day I got the Barnes and Noble news, I was asked to be a guest on Hello Iowa! in June. I always write better than I speak and being on camera makes this introvert weak in the knees, but if I want to see the success I have been dreaming about come into fruition, then I must do things that terrify me. Stay tuned for a replay of it next month. This year is unfolding in the most remarkable and rewarding ways. I can't wait to see what the next year brings!
