The TMI Jan 1, 2023

read great novels by womens fiction author Blair Bryan and Ninya

I LOVE the new year. It is an opportunity to shut the door to the past, and move forward with hope and anticipation. I spent it in bed, as I'm the sickest I've been in two years. I'm fighting the urge to lay in bed and rest vs. pushing through and writing the minimum daily word goal I set for the year. Maybe after a shower and a thick layer of Vick's vapor rub on my feet, I will push through. Or maybe I will listen to my body and rest. Decisions, decisions.

Anyway, I have been thinking over an important question over the last two weeks and I want to share it with you.

What if EVERYTHING went right for you in 2023? What would your life look like?

This is a powerful exercise in visualization, and one I hope you undertake for yourself. It is time to create the grandest vision of the life you want to live. In your dream state, what does your life look like in these areas?

  1. You   (Body/Mind/Emotions)
  2. Relationships    (Love/Family/Friends)
  3. Money    (Career/Investments)
  4. Quality of Your Day to Day Life

Take some time today and give yourself the gift of creating a future that you find thrilling. Then go a step further and write in detail what your ideal day looks like, from the moment you wake up to the last moment before you fall asleep. Then review it every morning while you drink your coffee. It will change your life.

Two more days..something wonderful is coming to Kindle Vella.

"50 Nudges: A Pay it Forward Adventure" will begin. While you wait for episode 1 to drop, go grab your free tokens from Kindle hereand click the key in the upper right hand corner. They are giving away 500 tokens free now until Jan 3rd so you can follow the first steps of the journey free. Can't wait to see this year unfold and where you nudge me next!

50 Nudges a Pay it Forward Adventure by Ninya

Currently Watching:

Flint Town on Netflix. A documentary about poverty, racism and policework through the eyes of the blue. Told through the eyes of many officers of color you get a real feel for the challenges they face putting their lives at risk daily.

Currently Reading: The It Girl by Ruth Ware

This was a decent read, but not one of Ruth Ware's best. Writing thrillers is hard because you have to make them twisty and shock readers in order to gain popularity. It was a 4 out of 5 for me. (Affiliate link alert. If you buy from this link, I earn a few pennies for this recommendation and you get a great book.)

Currently Writing:

Up in the Middle of Nowhere. Blair Bryan Women's Fiction coming 2023. It's in the first draft stage.

The final draft of Hawt Flash: Midlife in Aura Cove Book 1

Click here to join the Ninyons. It's where I give books away, share details of my life, and try to make coffee shoot out of your nose with my killer meme game. It's rated R in there, so if off-color humor offends you, we are not your people.

P.S. If you've read one of my books, can you help an author on the quest to become a New York Times Bestseller out? Reviews are gold and help me reach more people. Please take a minute and tell me (and other readers) what you thought. You can review on Amazon, Goodreads, Barnes and Noble, KOBO, and Apple Books or at any other bookseller. It's even better if you copy and paste the review to multiple places. More reviews=More visibility. You can write as much or as little as you want and I would be forever in your debt.
